According to availability, any individual or groups reservation must be confirmed by a written
document from the Travel Agent/T.O. mentioning all services and information requested for the
customers needs, for instance: dates of arrival and departure, number of clients, extra beds, pets, kind
of accommodation, food requests…
On some dates a minimum length of stay can be required as well as total prepayment.
As far as guests’ satisfaction is concerned, check-in is at 15.00 pm and check out is at 12.00.
New Year’s Eve dinner obligatory for resident.
