To reach his superb Charming and Traditional hostelry – where you can savour excellent Franco-Moroccan cuisine and spend star-speckled nights under cover of fine nomadic tents or, less adventurously, in rooms offering every modern comfort – take the road to the west of Guelmim leading to ‘Plage Blanche’, and continue on for about 40 kilometres, 9 of which are along a well maintained track, until you come to a spot marked on the Michelin map as ‘Bou-Jerif’ or ‘Noun’.
